Mid July - Team assignments, start logging into Slack, schedule will be updated

Monday, July 14th Pre-Hackathon Orientation 1 pm ET (12 pm CT, 11 am MT, 10 am PT)

A Zoom link will be emailed prior to the event.

Monday, Aug 4th Kickoff Day!

11:00 am ET - 12:30 pm - Introduction, short talks, logistics

1:00 - 5:00 pm Team breakout meetings, initial planning, work time

4:30 pm Team leaders meet - discuss presentations

Tuesday, Aug 5th All times are Eastern time

9:00 am ET - Breakout rooms open

11:00 am - 12:00 Guest speaker(s)

12:30 - 1:30 - Whole group meeting: teams present project plans - 2-3 slides with an outline (5' each) - general idea, introduce team members

1:30 - 2:45 pm - Team meetings and work time

2:00 pm - 2:45 pm Writer's meeting (the break out rooms will close down while we set up for speed networking)

3:00 - 4:30 pm - Speed Networking - all participants welcome!

Wednesday, Aug 6th

9:00 am ET - Breakout rooms open

11:00 am - 12:00 Guest speaker(s)

12:30 - 1:30 - Whole group meeting: teams present progress, roadblocks (5' each)

1:30 - 5:00 - Team meetings and work time (rooms will be open until 7 pm)

4:30 - 5:00 - Team leaders meet

Thursday, Aug 7th

9:00 am ET - Breakout rooms open

10:00 am - 11:00 am Team meetings

12:00 - 3:00 pm - Whole group meeting: Final team presentations (15' each)

3:00 - 4:00 pm - Complete surveys, discussion
